One of Folly's Best! North Bend By the Sea is named for the hometown of the owners who love to have their children and grandchildren at the beach. They invite you to share their home away from home. This large 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home has plenty of comfortable space to stretch out and relax. It is the perfect place to build wonderful family memories! When you walk into the house you see stainless steel appliances and a large kitchen table. Off the living room is one bedroom with two single beds connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom to a second downstairs bedroom with a queen bed and an ocean front view. The very large open family room has a flat screen TV with a DVD player and plenty of comfy seating and beautiful ocean views. There is a half bath off the family room and two sets of doors that lead out of the house onto the back deck. One of the doors leads to the large screened porch and one to the huge sundeck both are ocean front. Upstairs you will find a daybed and 3 more bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is also a nice open balcony which is great for sitting and watching the world go by. With 1 outdoor shower a hammock and plenty of deck all being ocean front this really is the perfect spot for a large family gathering! Photos are current and accurately depict the property.
