How about these professionally managed vacation rentals?

Pensacola is the last city in Florida before the Alabama line. 14 miles is basically a hop and a skip geographically; 10 minutes or less actually. This relatively small city has been inhabited almost as long as the sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach. Before it was Pensacola, it was an area of gatherings by the Pensacola tribe 700 years ago.

Pensacola has acquired many nicknames over its long history; all of them appropriate. It is nicknamed "The City of Five Flags" because the flag of five governments have been hoisted over it during its history. Those include the flags of Spain, France, Great Britain, the United States of America, and the Confederate States of America. Other nicknames include "World's Whitest Beach”, "Cradle of Naval Aviation", "Western Gate to the Sunshine State", "America's First Settlement", "Emerald Coast", and "Red Snapper Capital of the World". Pretty impressive, huh?  Can you think of another town with such colorful nicknames? I can’t.

When looking for a place to go, the perfect beach on the Florida panhandle, Pensacola Beach, should be your vacation destination. Vacationers can find some of the most beautiful beaches in the world along the barrier islands of Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key. As proof of this, these beaches have been ranked among the best in the country; look to USA Today, TripAdvisor, Dr. Beach and the Travel Channel. Most recently, in the 2018 10 Best Reader's Choice awards, USA TODAY readers named Pensacola Beach Best Florida Beach and named Gulf Islands National Seashore Best Florida Attraction.

Here’s an interesting fact when choosing a vacation destination, the Pensacola Bay area has343 days of sunshine with an average temperature of 77 degrees; ideal when planning a trip to the beach. Pensacola has rental units to fit any budget, from beachfront condominiums and lavish resorts to ocean front beach homes; if you want to go to the beach, Pensacola offers accommodations to suit every lifestyle and budget. If you’re looking for a vacation destination, Pensacola and Pensacola Beach are perfect for weekend getaways as well as extended vacations.

The spacious beach houses are awesome, but pricey. The smaller, gulf-front cottages are smaller, but more affordable. No matter your persuasion, vacation home rentals are readily available in the Pensacola Bay Area to accommodate groups of all sizes. Whether you’re planning a summer-long vacation, family reunion or a getaway with your best friends, Pensacola Beach, Perdido Key and the surrounding areas offer the best accommodations and amenities on the Panhandle.

If you want to come to the beach and be pampered, you might want to consider one of the full-service condominiums resorts. These opulent resorts offer first class amenities which include pools, spas, on-site restaurants, fitness facilities, and water activities, just to mention a few!  These properties provide the ultimate beach getaway for a relaxing weekend or extended stay.

Pensacola and Pensacola Beach are fun filled vacation destinations, and should be on your bucket list of places to go. Like most beach resorts, there is so much to do and see, that you will not get bored. Heck, even if you are seeking a true vacation, you can just sit on the porch, beach or balcony, sip a cold one and do absolutely nothing. That’s okay, too.
