Living Accommodation - Near the front of the villa to the righthand-side is the formal dining area with seating for six people. To the left of the formal dining area is the formal lounge with a sofa and loveseat. To the right of the formal dining area is the open-plan, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and seating for four people, and a kitchen table which seats four people. Adjacent to the kitchen at the back of the villa is the family lounge with a sofa and loveseat, patio doors to the pool deck and a flatscreen TV.
Bedrooms - The Master bedroom is to the left of the formal lounge and has a King-size bed. Bedroom 2 is to the left of the main family lounge and has a Queen-size bed. The Master bedroom and Bedroom 2 share an en-suite bathroom with a single door to the pool deck. Bedroom 3 is just inside the front door to the lefthand-side and has Bunk beds with a Single on top and Double underneath. Bedroom 4 is next to Bedroom 3 and has Twin beds.

Outdoor Living - The large pool deck with complete privacy has a good-sized pool, plenty of patio space to relax in the Florida sun, surrounding grass area for the family to enjoy and a covered area with a dining table and seating for four people. Enjoy alfresco living. Please note you can also pre-book the pool heat for your home for an extra fee. Please note that the house has a ring door bell with camera, also above the outside garage door a camera is overlooking the driveway and another camera overlooking the pool equipment on the side of the house.
