4 miles- Ybor City-Known for boutiques, Vintage shops and Cuban/American restaurants.

5 miles - Adventure Island Water Park - Water slides, pools and dining.

And a host of other attractions including The Florida Aquarium, Florida Convention Center, Museum Of Science, Lowry Park Zoo.,Amalie Arena, Straz Center For Performing Arts and the Raymond James Stadium.
Other Things to Note:
House Rules:

NO SMOKING INSIDE. This includes any form of tobbacco, mariquana, e-cigarettes and vaping. There's a $50.00 fee to rid of any offensive odors. There's a fee for any cigarette burns.

NO PETS ALLOWED. Some guests are very sensitive to pet hairs and odors . Undisclosed pets, the owners will be asked to leave NO MONIES WILL BE REFUNDED.

No more than the people booked are allowed on the premises.

The host shall not be liable for any liabilities or injury of the guests and the guests agrees to hold the host harmless from any claims of any kind. By booking you have accepted the rules of this house.

Respect neighbors, no parties, no loud music or noise after dark. If the authorities
are called, you will be asked to leave. NO MONIES WILL BE REFUNDED.

Check -In time is 3:00 pm. Check- Out time is 11:00 am

CHECK OUT BY 11 AM. Any guests in the home 15 minutes pass the hour will be billed $50.00. The cleaning crew need the time to clean for the next guest.

Spectrum Cable. Turn on Nextflix > Home > Search for Spectrum > Select Spectrum for local cable channels.

Garbage goes out Mondays, and Thursdays. If your are a guest on those days we kindly ask that you please take the garbage to the curbside (2 cans at a time). With your help we can eliminate odors and univited pests. We do not want to invade your privacy to remove garbage.

We would kindly ask that you remove sheets and pillowcases from the beds and put in a pile as well as the used towels the day of check out. Please wash all cookware, dinnerware and glasses. It helps us through the cleaning quicker and make ready for the next guest, and it would be so appreciated.

We understand accidents happens, but we ask that you please let us know when they do. Any breakage or damages you may be billed for replacements or repairs. Items removed from the home will be reported to the proper authorities.

Video surveillance for safety and security is outside the home. NO CAMERAS ARE INSIDE THE HOME.

NO PETS ALLOWED. BY BOOKING YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THE HOUSE RULES.

Before leaving check for all personal belongings and lock all doors and windows.
