AIRBNB GUEST/S: We require a Refundable Security Deposit of $350.00 after your reservation is booked and we will be asking for the deposit via the resolutions tab. The refundable security deposit will be credited back to you with the condition that there will be no neighbor/building management complaints, no smell of smoke, and room is in good condition once the home is inspected after check-out. The reservation is only confirmed when the refundable security deposit has been paid. Codes will not be activated if the refundable security deposit is not paid or received.
