Vacation Rental Description

STUDIO #76 is a second floor efficiency apartment on the East side of our 2 story Motel Building located at the entrance of our community, adjacent to the large community pool. There is no assigned parking for these units (32 in total), but the community has available parking on both, the East and West side of the building. This 2nd floor unit features a small efficiency kitchen, bathroom w/ tub, and a Full size bed and is conveniently located close to the Laundry facility and Barbeque Area. These small spaces, 240 sq. ft., are nicely decorated and feature cable TV and wifi service. And anytime you feel like it, grab your favorite drink and head up the sidewalk to enjoy some time with friends and other guests in one of our two Gazebo’s, or on the beach.
