Located within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park at Penally Grange, an exclusive development of luxury lodges on the periphery of Tenby, Sandpiper offers high end holiday accommodation in a peaceful village location that is just a short 15 minute walk from Tenby’s award winning South Beach. The central location means that the best of Pembrokeshire's diverse beaches and attractions are within easy reach - the seaside village of Saundersfoot is just a 10 minute drive away and the market town of Narberth just a 20 minute drive.

Sandpiper offers spacious open plan living, with the central living area featuring French doors which open out onto the furnished terrace - a perfect space to unwind after a busy day exploring the Pembrokeshire coast!

Lounge/Dining area: Comfortable sofa and dining seating for up to 6 people. Feature gas fireplace. Large flat screen Smart TV with Freeview. French doors leading to the furnished terrace.

Kitchen: Well-stocked with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer. Electric hob and oven.

Master Bedroom: King-size bed dressed with high quality bedding and sheets. Towels provided. Walk in wardrobe.

En-Suite: Large walk-in shower enclosure, WC and basin. Heated towel rail. Underfloor heating.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds with high quality bedding and sheets. Towels provided. Built in wardrobes.

Bedroom 3: King-size bed with high quality bedding and sheets. Towels provided. Built in wardrobes

Family Bathroom: Deep stand alone bath, enclosed shower, WC and basin. Underfloor heating.

Outside there is an patio area with outdoor furniture for up to 6 people.

Sandpiper further benefits from parking for up to two cars and Wifi. Bath and hand towels are provided.

Tenby town centre is approx. 20-25 minute walk from the lodge and the quiet village of Penally also offers two award winning restaurants, two cosy and traditional pubs, a bakery and a village shop.

Two small/medium dogs allowed - please adhere to the lodge and park rules on dogs.

This property is strictly a sleep 6 property - any children or babies must be included in this total and a cot and highchair are provided.

A £100.00 damage and good housekeeping deposit is required when renting this property.

Please note that Penally Grange is a developing park and as such may have development work taking place. Phase 4 is beginning from 31st Oct 2022 for 4 months min. Work will usually take place between 9-5 Monday and Friday however this can be subject to occasional change. The lodge is not located in direct proximity of the works, however if you have any questions please contact us.
