Our place is perfect for this your next Reno getaway. It’s spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you need including fresh white linens, a comfortable mattress, and thick white plush bath towels. You can enjoy world-class skiing at 5 mountains within 45 minutes, sledding, mountain biking, or hiking. There’s plenty to do in the area, and our home is the perfect place to relax after a long day outside exploring.

The Space:
As hosts, we've ensured this space includes everything needed for a quality and memorable experience for up to 7 guests. We love helping our guests find fun things to do, unique dining experiences, and other memorable activities nearby. We’ve also made sure to furnish the entire interior with amenities to elevate our guests’ experiences. We are committed to creating an enhanced experience for families, groups, business professionals, and all other fellow vacationers who choose to stay at this stylish home.

The living room is perfect for relaxing and winding down. With all the amenities you need right at your fingertips, you’ll be able to forget all your troubles and enjoy some much-needed downtime. Enjoy the your favorite Netflix show on our Smart TV and don't worry about getting too comfortable on the sofa - it's a sleeper sofa, it's made for that! After a long, energy-sapping day out, make yourself at home in our living room.

Kitchen
It's easy to whip up something delicious in our fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen comes with all your basic cooking equipment, dishware, and silverware (bowls, chopsticks, plates, cups, etc.) as well as a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and drip coffee machine.

Dining Area
Bring the group together over a warm meal, day or night. The stylish décor sets an ambiance that makes every meal wonderful. The dining area seats up to 8 guests around the rectangular dining table. This area will be perfect for larger meals like a group breakfast or your evening sit-down dinners!

Full Bathroom 1:
Don't hesitate to take a relaxing soak in our shower-tub combo. Located in the primary bedroom, this bathroom has all your bathroom essentials as well as complimentary toiletries and plush bath towels. The shower comes with soap dispensers filled with sulfate-free, vegan shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to keep you clean and fresh.

Full Bathroom 2:
Wake up and take a hot shower that energizes you for the day ahead. Located in the hallway, all bathroom essentials are provided as well as complimentary toiletries and plush bath towels. The shower comes with soap dispensers filled with sulfate-free, vegan shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Reno, Nevada and the surrounding area offer a wide variety of indoor and outdoor recreational activities. With excellent weather, residents and visitors can enjoy the nearby spectacular Lake Tahoe and the largest concentration of ski facilities in the world, all within a fifty-mile radius. Outdoor activities such as biking, camping, hunting, fishing, and mountain climbing are popular among residents and visitors. In addition, kayaking and paddle boarding are available behind the marina waterfront building. Located minutes from the Row, which includes Circus Circus, El Dorado, and the Silver Legacy Casinos, you can try your luck at gambling or catch a great show. The National Bowling Stadium, where professional bowling tournaments are held, is also located downtown, just blocks from the Row. The Riverwalk, featuring the Truckee River on one side and world-class restaurants on the other, is a great place to people-watch, enjoy a meal, take in the view, and visit a microbrewery or two just south of the main downtown area.

Reno and the surrounding area offer a variety of local attractions for visitors to enjoy. Carson City, the state capital, is a great place to learn about the history and culture of Nevada. Our property's proximity to downtown Reno makes it easy to walk to the closest restaurants or shops. Additionally, you can rent a bike or scooter if you want a more active option. There is free parking in the private and enclosed garage of the home for 2 Vehicles and 2 additional vehicles on the driveway. We kindly ask that you utilize the garage first, then the driveway. There is free street parking for any additional vehicles if there is no space in the garage nor driveway.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we have specific pet policies. While we adore all dogs, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate Wolf hybrids, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, and Doberman Pinschers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone staying with us.
