This self-catering apartment is accessed via a secure fob accessed car park where parking for one car is provided. Secure doors lead into the development from where the first floor apartment can be accessed via lift or stairs.The apartment opens into the spacious entrance hall where doors lead off to the open plan kitchen/dining/living room, master bedroom with en-suite, twin bedroom and family bathroom.

Kitchen: Well-appointed with everything you will require for your holiday including dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, hob, oven and microwave oven.

Living Area: Comfortable sofa and dining seating. Smart TV with FreeView. Bi-fold doors open out onto the covered balcony extending the living space and capturing the beautiful views over the coast, golf course and surrounding countryside. Here you will also find an outside table and chairs, making this the perfect space to relax with the family and enjoy an al fresco meal or glass of wine.

Master Bedroom: Steps lead up to the Master bedroom and bathroom. King-size bed and built in wardrobes for ample storage. Door to en-suite.

£100 damage deposit is required. This is payable along with the balance payment 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
