This beautiful mid-century masterpiece is the perfect example of Hood Canal high life. Sitting on stilts above a beautiful gravel beach on Hood Canal's western shore, a stay here gives you exclusive access to the beach and water via a set of stairs off the wrap-around wooden deck.

There's even a swim platform just off the beach for the kids and adults to play on. Feel free to bring your own pool toys along for the trip!

The deck is the perfect place to grill up some hot dogs or burgers for hungry swimmers. You can keep an eye on the kids, relax with a good book and catch some rays, or simply enjoy the sweeping views of Hood Canal and the forests beyond.

The back deck faces east, so any early risers or fishermen in your group can treat themselves to a summer sunrise, when the weather's good. And for any fishermen or other watersports aficionados you may bring along, there's a public boat launch just up the road.

No expense has been spared in keeping the house up to modern standards. While the exposed rafters and large central wood burning fireplace are charming callbacks to a different time, the flat screen television, kitchen, bathrooms and sleeping arrangements are anything but old fashioned.

Located along Hood Canal, Hoodsport is a cozy town tucked away at the intersection of the famous U.S 101 and State Route 119. It's a fun town to visit with antiques, wine tasting, tribal art and gift shops. Little Creek Casino Resort is also in the area and, in addition to gambling, features national shows and entertainment.

Here you will find endless options to explore the outdoors. Walk, run or bike the many trails that offer scenic views and wildlife viewing opportunities.

MANAGED: This well managed property needs good guest behavior and adherence to instructions, rules, terms, conditions, and requires online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording depending on staffing. There may be interior decibel meters to report excessive noise. To allow enough time for full cleaning, check-In time is 5pm and Check-Out is 11am.
