Enjoy stunning sunrises over Copano Bay and starlit Texas night skies at this incredible waterfront property in Bayside. Situated on three secluded acres, this place has it all. Unobstructed views of Copano Bay, a private lighted pier with a fish cleaning station and a drop down dock, a private pool and hot tub. There are two propane grills, a smoker, a charcoal grill, and several picnic tables. There is plenty of room to park so bring the boat, kayaks, or jet skis.
Each of the two homes has their own screened in porch with water views, a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchens, dining areas, and room for relaxing and hanging out with family and friends.
The main home consists of four bedrooms. The master bedroom is downstairs and has a king bed and attached bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa and two twin pullouts in the living room for bonus sleeping space. The second bathroom is also located on the first floor. All other bedrooms are upstairs. The second bedroom has a queen over twin trundle bed. The third bedroom has a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The fourth bedroom has a king bed as well. The third bathroom is upstairs.
