Situated a short drive away from the popular seaside towns of Marazion and St Ives it's the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach, cosy up by the wood burner or indulge in a bbq in the garden, many nearby walks, sights to take in and beaches to visit you won't be short of things to do.

Nestled away in the heart of the Cornish Countryside Rosehendra is just a short drive away from the stunning seaside town of Marazion. The cottage is cosy yet modern, airy and bright and has recently been renovated to an exceptional standard throughout.
Enter via a stable door into the large open plan living space.
The lounge is the perfect place to relax after your day’s explorations, sit on comfortable leather sofas whilst watching the dancing flames of the newly installed wood burner.
The fully equipped kitchen is tastefully finished and has everything you should need to cook up a storm. The dining area/conservatory is bright and light with doors opening out to the beautiful private garden with bbq for alfresco dining.
The delightful theme continues throughout to the bedrooms. Bedroom one sleeps 2 in a luxurious king size bed whilst bedroom two has comfortable twin beds. Both rooms have doors opening out onto the tranquil garden, the perfect place to sip your morning coffee whilst listening to the birds chirping. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated and beds are dressed with high quality bed linen and fluffy white towels.
The bathroom is new and stylish with WC, basin and bath with rainfall shower over.
Dogs are welcome at Rosehendra cottage and love the country walks on offer.

Gravelled drive with parking for 2 cars

Rosevidney is situated in the heart of the Cornish countryside located just 3 minutes from the A30 providing easy access to West Penwith and the rest of the county with less than 5 miles to either coast. There is excellent access to Penzance, the principle town in West Cornwall which offers a range of shops, restaurants, the famous jubilee pool and much more including main transport links.
The beautiful town of Marazion is only 2 miles away and one of the oldest chartered town in the UK, with plenty of charm and a friendly welcome for visitors. Explore the quaint streets, lined with beautiful old cottages and elegant merchants' houses, a reminder of its history as a busy tin trading port. Gorgeous Sandy beach and the beautiful St Michaels Mount make this small town picture perfect and a place you will always remember. :)

The cottage has ample parking for up to 2 cars. It is less than 2 miles from Marazion and 3 miles from St Ives.
It is really somewhere you need a car as its in a rural location.

~ We only leave a starter pack for the wood burner
~ the loo in the bathroom is set slightly higher than standard height
