The property is new, set over 3 floors and finished to a high standard. With 3 king size bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms and a balcony off the master there is plenty of space for everybody to enjoy their holiday. The property also has parking & a pebbled garden.

Large fully equipped kitchen with dining for 6 guests, induction hob, fan assisted oven, integrated microwave, dishwasher, large full height fridge freezer, dishwasher. Utility with washer dryer & ironing facilities.

Pebbled garden with outdoor seating area.

First floor
2x king size bedrooms (one room can be made as 2 singles on request)
Large master bathroom with bath & shower over, demisting back lit mirror.

Second floor
Master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom, balcony with seating for 2 & smart tv.

The whole property will be yours privately during your stay.

Set in a quiet part of town at the bottom of Morrab Road, less than 30 seconds walk from the Sea.
Morrab road houses the beautiful tropical Morrab Gardens cut through here to get into the center of Penzance, where bars, traditional pubs, restaurants and independant shops are plentiful.
The house is close walking distance to the Jubilee Pool, Newlyn and Newlyn Beach.

The Train and bus station are aprrox 15 minutes walk.

Although the house is moments away from the seafront it can only be seen partially from the balcony.
