The Space:
We are personable and friendly hosts, we welcome you to stay at our lovely home and are happy to provide you with fun things to do nearby, or if you're just curious about the area! Living Area:
This comfortable and spacious living room is perfect for those who enjoy spending time with family and friends. With a plush sofa and plenty of seating, this room is ideal for relaxing after a long day. The fireplace adds a cozy and snug feel to the room during the colder times of the year. Plus, the room has great lighting during the day from the windows nearby and at night the lamps brightly light up the room. The 55" Smart HDTV comes with a complimentary Netflix subscription to keep you entertained. Whether you're looking to kick back and relax or catch up on your favorite shows, this living area has everything you need.

Kitchen:
The kitchen comes with all your basic cooking equipment, dishware, and silverware (bowls, plates, cups, etc.) as well as a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and a Keurig coffee machine.

Dining Area:
The dining area accommodates seats up to 8 guests around the rectangular dining table. This area will be perfect for larger meals like a group breakfast or your evening sit-down dinners!

Bathrooms:
Full Bathroom 1: Located in the primary bedroom on the second floor, all bathroom essentials are provided as well as complimentary toiletries and plush bath towels. The shower comes with dispensers filled with vegan shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

In minutes you can be at the Row which includes Circus Circus, El Dorado and the Silver Legacy Casinos where you can try your luck at gambling or catch a great show. The National Bowling Stadium, where professional bowling tournaments are held, is also located downtown blocks from the Row. The Riverwalk, featuring the Truckee River on one side and world-class restaurants on the other, is a great place to people watch, enjoy a meal, take in the view, and visit a microbrewery or two is just south of the main, downtown area.

There is free parking in the garage of the home for 2 Vehicles and 2 additional vehicles on the driveway. We kindly ask that you utilize the garage first, then the driveway. There is free street parking for any additional vehicles if there is no space in the garage or driveway.
