Vacation Rental Description

This spacious two-level apartment, situated on the ground and lower ground floor, features three bedrooms. Two bedrooms, sharing a guest bathroom, are on the ground floor, while the lower ground floor hosts the king-size master bedroom. Custom-built wardrobes and air conditioning adorn all rooms. The lower ground floor encompasses a living room with two large sofas, a smart TV, a dining table, kitchen and an interior patio. Up to seven with a foldable extra bed.

The Space:
The first bedroom is located on the ground floor with a comfortable double bed and large wardrobes. It also features a spacious layout with large windows attracting abundant natural light.

The second bedroom also offers a double bed, secondary glazed windows to minimise street noise, bedside drawers and a fitted wardrobe offering ample storage space as well as a comfortable working desk for those needing to catch up on work.

The third bedroom is located on the lower ground floor, it comes with a restful queen bed and large wardrobe as well as an ensuite bathroom that provides privacy and comfort with all necessities.

The living room features beautiful wooden floors, adding warmth and elegance to the space. A comfortable L-shaped sofa and a three-seater sofa offers plenty of seating for relaxation and entertainment. The room is enhanced by a large dining table that faces the patio, perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends.

Guest Access:
We offer a personalised Meet and Greet Check-in service for all our guests. A member of our team will be on hand to welcome you, show you around the property, answer any questions you may have, and ensure you are comfortably settled in. This service is available from 3:00pm to 10:00pm daily.

If your travel plans mean you will be arriving after 10:00pm, please note that we can still accommodate you.

We request that you inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, so we can plan the best possible welcome for you. This also allows us to ensure your accommodation is perfectly prepared and ready for your arrival.

Deposit of £600.00 will be pre-authorised upon arrival. The deposit will be released by 3 business working days after check out.
