You're just 2 blocks from our sugary sand beaches, restaurants and local attractions such as The Gulf State Park Fishing Pier & The Hang Out! And, just a short drive from the Gulf State dog park, nature trails, bike paths. Policies:
1. Check-in is 3pm | Check-out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in home or on balcony.
3. Dog Friendly-Larger Dogs welcome (limit of 2). $250 non-refundable pet fee per animal; pre-registration is required
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
