Don't forget to bring your dog along in this Dog-Friendly beach house, (dogs up to 25lb welcome, pre-registration & fee apply). No Check In procedure to deal with or standing in lines. When you arrive go straight to your condo and get your swimsuit on - then Hit the Beach!

You're just a quick walk from our sugary sand beaches, restaurants and local attractions such as The Gulf State Park Fishing Pier & The Hang Out! And, just a short drive from the Gulf State dog park, nature trails, bike paths. Some of the many other activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

Policies:
1. Check-in is 3pm | Check-out is 10am
2. No Smoking in home or on balcony
3. Dogs up to 25lbs welcome (maximum of 2), $250 non-refundable pet fee per animal; pre-registration is required
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
