You're just across the street from our sugary sand beaches, restaurants and local attractions such as Sea-N-Suds and the HangOut! You can enjoy fishing at the Gulf State Park and hands-on animal experiences at the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. You'll find all the comforts of home, including a full-size washer and dryer so you don't have to bring your entire wardrobe! This property has a 7-night minimum rental from Saturday to Saturday in the summer months.

You're just 2 blocks from our sugary sand beaches, restaurants and local attractions such as The Gulf State Park Fishing Pier & The Hang Out! And, just a short drive from the Gulf State dog park, nature trails, bike paths. Some of the many other activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

2. NO Smoking in condo or on balcony
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
