This modern Bávaro apartment is a spacious and comfortable accommodation ideal for up to 5 people. Located on the second floor, it features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining area, balcony, and a well-equipped kitchen.

The living area provides a cozy seating arrangement with a large screen TV, perfect for relaxing evenings with your family or friends. It opens up to a furnished balcony offering a stunning view of the pool and garden. The dining table in the living area allows for enjoyable meals together.

The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a toilet, bidet, and shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet. Both bedrooms feature bedside tables with lamps and closets, and fresh towels, hairdryer, bed linens, and basic toiletries are provided for your convenience.

The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for pleasurable cooking, including a gas stove, toaster, microwave, oven, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, water cooler, and electric grill.

The apartment is air-conditioned throughout and provides internet access (Wi-Fi), washing machine and ironing facilities.

Guests of the residence have access to a shared pool with sun lounges and umbrellas. Open-air parking is available in the same building.

• Please, take into account that ELECTRICITY IS PAID EXTRA. During your check-in and check-out, we will collect the data together and show you the difference that should be covered. We charge 22 pesos per 1 kilowatt. You pay only for what you consume.

• On the arrival, we kindly ask our guests for a SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $300 IN CASH, which will be returned to them on the day of check-out.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in: after 03:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM, unless otherwise approved in advance by the property management

1. No extra overnight guests. Please, stick to the number of people stated in your booking.
2. It is strictly forbidden to store or use in the apartment any kind of illegal substances or drugs.
3. Not suitable for pets unless otherwise approved in advance by the property management. A $500 fee will be charged for any policy violation.
4. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside. We respect other tenants and take care of the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
5. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay unless such damage has been inflicted by forces of nature or other forces beyond guest’s control.
6. Please, turn off water taps and all electric appliances when leaving the property.
7. Please use AC with doors and windows closed, otherwise it may cause overloading and overheating of the system.
8. Do not flush toilet paper and items of personal use down the toilet as it may cause clogging.
9. The management is not responsible for any valuables lost or stolen on the property. Safes are provided.
10. The management doesn’t bear any responsibility for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses or property damage caused by personal negligence or by any other circumstances.
11. Please take into consideration that ELECTRICITY IS PAID EXTRA.Usually, people spend about $5-20 US per day. It is an AVERAGE consumption. Readings and the total amount depend on consumption in every particular case and will be calculated upon check-out and shown to you.
12. In order to protect the environment, your sheets and towels will only be changed and washed by an additional charge of US $25 per towels set/linens set. If damaged, additional fees per towel/linens may be applied.
