Vacation Rental Description

We want you to know we are doing our part to ensure that our guests' stays with us will be as safe as possible and have instituted three measures to maintain a safe stay.

First, prior to your visit the premises will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected consistently with the CDC's guidelines.

Second, for additional precautions, guests' stays will be spaced further apart by implementing earlier check-outs and later check-ins.

Third, all of our staff who are involved in the preparation of the home for our guests' stays will have been thoroughly cleaned for health issues.

The Ballard Modish is located right in the heart of the Ballard neighborhood, this gorgeous townhome is surrounded by one of Seattle's most culturally rich and vibrant areas. One of the oldest neighborhoods in the city, Ballard is an exciting mix of classic Northwest life and trendy, young hotspots. Surrounded by a variety of local pubs, eateries, and tourist attractions, the Bohemian is the perfect stay for any kind of visitor. Whether you're here with the family, a couple, or a single guest, you'll never be lacking in activities or attractions.
Seattle contains several public transportation options. With constant investment driven by the local tech industry, the city has an excellent infrastructure for local travel. Options include buses, subways, commuter trains, and many bicycle-friendly options. In addition to land travel, the city also has ferries, seaplanes, and water taxis, both for transport and tourism purposes.
We're 15 minutes drive to the Space Needle, 4 minutes drive to Woodland Park Zoo, 13 minutes drive to Washington University, and 25 minutes drive to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

THE SPACE
This beautifully furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath, being the master bedroom balcony with a walk-in closet, and rooftop in a modern design of townhome also has a separate private office space with high speed internet. There's an open concept kitchen that looks into a modern dining area with beautiful floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen comes equipped with all the modern amenities including a Nespresso maker, French Press, and a variety of teas to choose from. Enjoy the lavish views of the Ballard neighborhood where a beautiful garden oasis awaits you on the rooftop deck or for a more romantic vibe, relax on the reclining chairs on the balcony with a glass of wine or pint just off the primary bedroom. A library of DVD's and board games are located in the living where you can enjoy a SMART TV with endless streaming or gaze at the beautiful artwork displayed around the home. The space is also equipped with a lovely landscaped yard and a large parking space.

Insurance is available at a cost of 7% of the gross rental fee and allows you to cancel at any time without penalty under one of the 30 covered reasons (additional information on this insurance is available upon request). Insurance is only available to US and Canadian travelers at this time.
