Vacation Rental Description

We want you to know we are doing our part to ensure that our guests' stays with us will be as safe as possible and have instituted three measures to maintain a safe stay.

First, prior to your visit the premises will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected consistent with the CDC's guidelines.

Second, for additional precautions, guests' stays will be spaced further apart by implementing earlier check-outs and later check-ins.

Third, all of our staff who are involved in the preparation of the home for our guests' stays will have been thoroughly cleared for health issues.

Welcome to the center of the universe! This very charming 1901 craftsman is situated in the heart of Seattle and is just a couple minutes' walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. Enjoy the private backyard and deck. In the summer you will find a patio dining set, sun umbrella and grill to cook up your market finds. Year round, you can use the fully functional kitchen and dine in the cozy dining room. Perfect for a small family getaway or a fun trip with friends. Sleeps 4.

THE SPACE
This entire space was designed so that if you have forgotten anything, we have you covered. You will find thoughtfully placed amenities throughout the home to further the effort in ensuring you have the most comfortable stay. Both bedrooms are flooded with light and comes complete with a high-end queen mattresses and alternative down comforters for a cloud-like night's sleep. In one of the bedrooms, a practical workspace is set up for you to work remotely before exploring the area or to simply check your morning emails. Enjoy the moderate Seattle weather on your front porch or in the private backyard! Grill up some goods found at a local market (Pikes Place, anyone?) or brew up some coffee, just the way you like it at your very own coffee bar. If you 're feeling up to exploring the area, there is lots to do and see within walking distance to the house. If you decide to bring your car, you will be able to park in front of the house. Within driving distance your options are limitless, and we will share all of our recommendations with you! Whatever you decide to do during your stay, we are sure the cozy, historic vibe of this updated 2BR craftsman is the perfect home base for you to have some unforgettable Seattle experiences!

CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund. Insurance is available at a cost of 7% of the gross rental fee and allows you to cancel at any time without penalty under one of the 30 covered reasons (additional information on this insurance available upon request). Insurance is only available to US and Canadian travelers at this time.

Our design team is hard at work transforming this already beautiful space into a cozy spot to retreat to after your days exploring the city. It is currently being loaded up with all the amenities and comforts you would expect from a vacation rental and more! Images shown are staged and don't reflect the current look.
