- Dog Friendly! 2 Dog Maximum - $90 Dog Fee per Pup
- Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless QUIETLY crated.
- Wood Burning Stove pictured is NOT available for renter use
- Heating provided by propane wall heaters and space heaters
- NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home and due to High Fire Concerns, outdoor smoking is restricted to paved or concrete
- 9PM to 9AM County Enforced Noise Curfew - all outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum after 9PM
- Signed Rental Agreement required from all guests
