Our home comes with a private pool just for you (optional heater available for an additional $49.90 per night - please note heater must be reserved for entire stay).
Additionally, there is a private game room. Each bedroom is adorned with a unique theme and Smart TV. The open concept layout of the kitchen, living room and dining room overlooks the pool and backyard.

Guests will have access to the entire house on their own. They will also have access to the Resort's Clubhouse and amenities by paying a one-time fee per home per reservation payable directly at their office:

Please note that the house itself does not have a private hot tub. The hot tub is located in the Resort's Clubhouse and is a shared amenity.

• Two parking spaces in front of the house. Additional free parking on the side street. Limit of vehicles per house.

• We offer free WiFi.

• Free children's facilities: high chair, children's table, crib and baby bath.

• Free washer and dryer available in the house.

• We offer pool heating for an additional $49.90 per night (must be for entire stay). It takes about 10 to 14 hours to fully heat the pool, with a maximum temperature of 90º. Let us know in advance if you want this option, so that the pool will be heated for you on arrival.

• We offer a propane grill. There will be a $40 fee for its use. This fee will ensure you don't have to clean the grill prior to checkout. You will be responsible for getting propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests requesting this service understand that they are using the barbecue at their own risk and that they are responsible for any damage caused by it.

• Pricing for this home is based on 2 guests per bedroom and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests allowed).
