The Space:
Welcome to 117 Ainslie, Brooklyn, NY, 11211 #B. We are excited to welcome you to this elegant three bedroom one bath townhouse. It is equipped with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and beautifully redesigned interior. This unit is able to accommodate up to seven guests. We strive to give the guest the best experience possible with this elegant unit.

This home is illuminated throughout the day thanks to three skylights in the living and dining rooms, along with two walls of expansive windows in the main bedroom. Its interiors exude style, blending a vibrant array of cultural influences and colors. Antique and vintage treasures, collected over years of travel and adventure, have been thoughtfully curated to adorn this newly renovated residence, crafted with a great deal of love and care.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the cooking equipment you would need, allowing you to unleash your culinary prowess.

Enjoy the ultimate in sleeping comfort with luxurious hybrid latex and memory foam mattresses, complemented by hypoallergenic sheets and memory foam pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Guest Access:
Up the stoop of the red brick townhouse, the main entrance door opens up to a foyer, hallway and stairway to the third floor space of the townhouse.

Safety and serenity prevail here, surpassing New York's high standards. You're just minutes away from an array of top-notch cafes, restaurants, shops, and boutiques on foot. Plus, the city's most exciting museums, shows, performances, and exhibits in Manhattan and Brooklyn are within easy reach, whether you opt for the subway or a quick car ride.

Getting Around:
You'll find ample free street parking in the neighborhood, and Ubers arrive promptly within minutes. Other Things to Note:
You can request the services of an experienced and dependable babysitter and housekeeper. For extended stays, guests are responsible for compensating the housekeeper directly for cleaning every two weeks.

Kindly be aware that there is another apartment, "Sweet Magnolia," located in the lower floor. While the entire townhouse is well insulated and soundproofed, it's important to note that some level of sound and noise from neighbors in the same building may be unavoidable.
