Able to accommodate 10 guests and equipped with everything you will need during your stay. In-apartment washer and dryer, dish washer, and private backyard patio are just some of the amenities offered at this beautiful location. Enjoy your stay in this carefully designed unit meant to satisfy all your needs.

Getting Around:
You'll find ample free street parking in the neighborhood, with Ubers arriving within minutes for your convenience. The L and G trains are just a short walk from the home, making transportation easily accessible. The local street culture is dynamic and lively, and the sidewalks are exceptionally pedestrian-friendly, offering plenty to see and explore.

Other Things to Note:
You can request the services of an experienced and trustworthy babysitter and housekeeper.

For extended stays, guests are responsible for compensating the housekeeper directly for cleaning every two weeks.

Please be aware that there is another apartment on the upper floor, named "Baby Magnolia." While the entire townhouse is thoughtfully insulated and soundproofed, it's important to note that some level of sound and noise from neighbors in the same building may be inevitable.

Important: The stairs on the bottom floor are not suitable for children.
