This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.Experience coastal escape at Latitude Adjustment. With ample room for everyone, this beach home is a perfect rental for families and golf groups alike.Just over a block from the beach, you'll have it all at this home. Relax on the upstairs sundeck or sit back and enjoy a cool drink from one of the two covered porches. Latitude Adjustment has the perfect kitchen for those home-cooked meals, which includes a gas range; however, don’t forget to try one of the many restaurants the Grand Strand has to offer.Latitude Adjustment is pet friendly with a $300 refundable deposit. Please remember that there is no smoking in this home. No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet, 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths and 2 pillowcases. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit.
