Vacation Rental Description

This 3 bedroom apartment can host up to 4 guests at a time in its three full sized bedrooms. Located in the West Bend neighbourhood of Toronto, with easy access to downtown attractions, great restaurants, and art galleries. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and the large windows offer lots of natural light. We provide complimentary tea/coffee, there are in suite laundry machines, and a high speed wireless internet connection.

The Space:
This lovely spacious 3-bedroom condo comes with 3 full sized beds, a sofa bed in the living room, and 2 modern bathrooms. One of which has a shower-in-tub design, while the other features a standing shower. Up to 8 guests can be hosted at a time. Please note that there are no elevators in the building. The apartment is on Bloor West and steps away from High Park, with easy access to all major downtown attractions as well as Toronto’s finest restaurants, coffee shops, and art galleries.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances - including a dishwasher. You'll love all the cupboard and countertop space, and the kitchen island is a great spot for food prep, opening take-out containers, or even resting a drink! The large windows provide loads of natural light and views of the neighbourhood. The dining table doubles as a laptop friendly workstation, and the whole place is connected to wireless high speed internet. If you need additional workspace, the kitchen island can double as another desk. We've even got in suite laundry machines for your use.

The living room has comfortable plush seating and a fold out sofa bed. There is also a smart TV for your entertainment. Just behind the living room you'll find sliding glass doors that lead to the patio balcony. Enjoy the view of the lively neighbourhood shops and cafes.

High Park offers year-round natural beauty and just about anything a park planner (or nature enthusiast) could dream up. Feel like taking a mental vacation and staring at birds as they flutter across a placid pond? You can do that at High Park! Guests will have exclusive use of the apartment. On-site parking is not available, however there's a paid parking lot nearby at 2201 Dundas Street West.

Toronto’s High Park neighbourhood is a vibrant and eclectic community. You can enjoy a wide range of lifestyle amenities and entertainment options all located within walking distance of the apartment. Bloor Street West and Bloor West Village are lined with boutique shops, local vendors, unique cafes, and local eateries to enjoy and explore.

High Park offers a beautiful natural escape from the hustle and bustle of the fast paced city. High Park is Toronto’s largest public park and is conveniently located just a short walk from the apartment, right in the heart of the city. High Park is well known for its annual Cherry Blossom Festival but is also home to a restaurant, sports facilities playgrounds, a splash pad, a lake, walking trails, a dog park, and a petting zoo, all of which are perfect for families and children.

Getting Around:
Located just a short walk from home is Keele station where riders can access several TTC bus routes and the Bloor-Danforth subway line. Taking transit downtown will only take approximately 20 minutes. Bloor GO station is also located close by, giving commuters easy access to both GO Train routes and the UP Express.

The Union Pearson Express train takes you directly to and from the airport in under 20 minutes. Uber's are always readily available.
