The Space:
You'll love this beautiful 2-story home, located in the York community of Toronto. York is a large district made up of smaller, eclectic neighbourhoods. Eglinton Avenue West is known as “Little Jamaica” for its Caribbean restaurants and shops, and the St. Clair West area has a mix of hip and old-school eateries. Along the Humber River, trails and green spaces include Etienne Brulé Park, popular for watching the salmon run in fall, and James Gardens, with floral blooms and a duck pond.

Stretch out and relax on your private sundeck, or enjoy a meal around the outdoor covered dining table. This 2 level home features 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a Queen sized bed, and can accommodate up to 6 guest at a time. 2 of the 3 bedrooms feature dedicated laptop friendly workstations, and complimentary wifi is included. There are 2 bathrooms, each featuring shower-in-tub designs, and we provide fluffy bath towels for your use.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a kitchen island with bar seating. There's also a 4 person dining table, as well as an outdoor dining area on the sundeck. The living room has a TV that can access Netflix for your entertainment, and there's even in-home laundry machines for your convenience.
