This bright and comfortable villa consists of 2 units. The main unit consists of 3 levels. Upon entry, you'll find a spacious and bright living room with a comfortable seating area and a TV for enjoyable evenings with friends or family. Here, you'll also find a nice dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, guest bathroom with a shower, and an additional guest toilet.

The second floor features two bedrooms with queen-size beds, private bathrooms, and everything you need for a good night's rest.

As you ascend to the third floor, you'll enter the master bedroom. It is large and spacious, equipped with a king-size bed, an adjacent room featuring a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, and a generous wardrobe. Everything is provided for a wonderful relaxation after an eventful day of adventures.

The second 2-level unit comprises 4 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, a private bathroom with showers, and access to a terrace with a beautiful view of the pool.

The outdoor area is particularly delightful for spending time with loved ones. It offers excellent furnished spaces, including loungers, a dining area, an outdoor shower, and an additional restroom. The private pool ensures your relaxation is maximally enjoyable and comfortable.

Just 50 meters from the villa, you'll find the famous and popular Los Corales Beach! This is the best location in Punta Cana! Additionally, within walking distance, you'll have everything you might need: cafes, restaurants, spas, shops, souvenir stores, pharmacies, gyms, and more.

The villa is designed for 16 people, but there is an option to accommodate one additional guest for an extra $50 per person per night.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in: after 04:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM, unless otherwise approved in advance by the property management

1. No extra overnight guests. Please, stick to the number of people stated in your booking.
2. It is strictly forbidden to store or use in the apartment any kind of illegal substances or drugs.
3. Not suitable for pets unless otherwise approved in advance by the property management. A $500 fee will be charged for any policy violation.
4. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside. We respect other tenants and take care of the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
5. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay unless such damage has been inflicted by forces of nature or other forces beyond guest’s control.
6. Please, turn off water taps and all electric appliances when leaving the property.
7. Please use AC with doors and windows closed, otherwise it may cause overloading and overheating of the system.
8. Do not flush toilet paper and items of personal use down the toilet as it may cause clogging.
9. The management is not responsible for any valuables lost or stolen on the property. Safes are provided.
10. The management doesn’t bear any responsibility for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses or property damage caused by personal negligence or by any other circumstances.
