This spacious 2-bedroom basement apartment is located in the heart of Trinity Bellwoods. The apartment is pet-friendly and can host up to 6 guests at a time with its 2 separate bedrooms (with Queen sized beds) and pull out sofa bed in the living room. There's even a shared fenced in back patio area.

The Space:
This 2-bedroom 1-bathroom pet-friendly basement apartment also has a sofa bed in the living room, so it can comfortably sleep 6 guests. Each of the separate bedrooms has a Queen sized bed, and the bathroom has a large standing shower.

The living room has a sofa bed and smart TV, and the whole place is connected to wireless high speed internet. The kitchen comes fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances - including a dishwasher - and has a spacious open concept design. There is dining space for 4 and all the essentials you need to cook up a great meal. There is also an additional small dining table with space for 2 that can double as a laptop friendly workstation.

There's even a shared back patio area where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a breath of fresh air. The unit is located in the basement and there's a height restriction of 6.4ft (some areas such as doorways and ceiling fans are a 6ft clearance).

You’ll catch all of the coolest people in town lounging in the grass, and once you leave its sunny slopes there’s so much to do in the area too. If you’ve got some extra cash or an affinity for window shopping, you can’t go wrong at the stores on Queen Street. We bet there’s a beautiful boutique store that sells whatever it is you’re looking for.

They also have some ready-to-eat options for those passing by or to fill up on as you shop and talk to the wonderful people behind the stands: the farmers and food producers of Ontario. Come by for everything from fruit and vegetables, to bread, cheese, coffee, and even wine and cider.

There’s always something exciting happening at Trinty Bellwoods. For example, there are annual Bed Ins/performances that commemorate the Bed In of John Lennon and Yoko Ono and also just serve as an excuse to hang out in the park. There’s also monthly Flea Markets hosted by Trinity Bellwoods Flea, someone is always organizing yoga in the park, or other acro events, as well as endless group meditation sessions, drum circles, even movie nights and so on!

Getting Around:
Trinity Bellwoods is ideal for easy access. It is minutes away from the subway and the Go Bus Station. The Union Pearson Express train takes you directly to and from the airport in under 25 minutes. Uber's are always readily available.

The unit is a 20-minute drive to the airport (without traffic).

1. Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $49/pet.
