*Please remember that our home is non-smoking, and we have a strict no-pets policy as well. Please note that the Community allows only 4 cars per property. Also No commercial vechicles or trailers are allowed in the community.

**Please note that the house has outdoor cameras that's pointing the driveway and on both side of the house, one pointing the pool pump equipment and one pointing the other side of the house.
