Stroller rental is also only 5 minutes away. You are located mid-way between coasts, so you have a little over an hour’s drive to the beaches (Atlantic or Gulf side)***

The unit at 3116 Yellow Lantana is a No-Smoking gem. This end unit townhouse is located on a circle drive and is surrounded by plenty of greenspace for the kids to run. The adults will enjoy outdoor privacy while swimming in the private full-size pool, surrounded by concrete pavers and covered by a birdcage (pool heating is optional). ***

The ENTIRE unit has been recently remodeled with beautiful upgrades: quartz countertops and soft-close cabinets in kitchen, full tile showers/tub surround and marble vanities in bathrooms, new paint and vinyl plank flooring throughout. A full-size washer/dryer and laundry rack are ready in this unit--so pack lightly! ***

The living area welcomes you to “Old Florida,” complete with tropical trimmings and colors in an open concept living/dining area. All stainless-steel appliances and a fully equipped kitchen await your dining pleasure. The dining table accommodates 8 easily, but there are 4 counter-height bar stools for overflow or breakfast options. A highchair is available if you need it, too! ***

Each one of the 4 bedrooms is designed with a tasteful nod to the Disney parks: downstairs queen (Epcot), upstairs king (Hollywood Studios), double twin (Animal Kingdom), and twin bunk over full w/trundle (Magic Kingdom). The beds are all triple-sheeted for cleanliness and a pack-and-play is available for your baby or toddler. (also—look for ”hidden Mickeys” throughout the townhouse!) ***

While the bedrooms have a nod to Disney themes, if you are planning an Orlando visit and simply want a lovely resort home, this is perfect! Even adults will feel comfortable in all the themed rooms. ***
