Located in the stunning 24-hour gated/manned community of Emerald Island Resort, this home is only 3.5 miles away or 15 minutes from the world-famous Walt Disney World Theme Parks. If you are looking for more fun and excitement, then Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are just 17 miles away, and Sea World is only 13 miles away. Water park fun is even closer! The new high-tech Island H20 Live Water Park is within a 5 minutes-drive from the townhome near the Margaritaville Resort and located beside the Promenade at Sunset Walk for dining, shopping, and entertainment fun. For the adults, or if you are in need of a romantic getaway, we recommend the nearby Island Grove Wine Company featuring a beautifully crafted winery with gift shop, bar, wine tasting, and weekend brunch. Our home is professionally managed and fully equipped to ensure you will have a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The unit will be cleaned, sanitized, and prepped prior to your arrival, so you may start relaxing once you arrive.

Home amenities: Renovations completed late 2021 and early 2022 in a contemporary farmhouse vibe with Disney (and a little Harry Potter) magic sprinkled throughout. The recent updates include fresh paint, new A/C, new sink and shower fixtures, new furniture, new memory foam mattresses, new linens, vinyl flooring on the main level and bathrooms, granite counters throughout, new washer and dryer, queen sleeper sofa, new blinds and curtains, contemporary farmhouse and Disney artwork, contemporary lighting, Smart TV’s in all rooms, ceiling fans, and much more.

The townhome is located one street down and just inside the main entrance gate to the resort and within easy walking distance to the main clubhouse, mini golf, and pool area…but far enough away for plenty of peace and quiet. 1291 square feet of air-conditioned living spac 3 bedrooms (bed1-king, bed2- two twins and a pack and play, bed3- two twin bunk beds (4 beds)), and 2.5 bathrooms. Individual lights with USB charging ports located in all bedrooms for quick and easy charging of phones, computers, and other devices. Baby/toddler conveniences: high-chair, baby pack n play playpen with waterproof cover and sheet, booster seat, baby gate, most outlets covered, plastic cups and utensils. Living Room Includes: queen sleeper sofa with all bedding, 2 comfortable and stylish accent chairs, rectangular coffee table with wheeled base, 3 end tables, table lamp, stunning 8x10 light floral floor rug, contemporary artwork, and remote control ceiling fan with light. Home Entertainment Center Holds 55” Smart TV with cable and cabinet includes: board games, puzzles, and books. Sliding door from the living room leads onto a small patio with direct access to the beautiful and lush backyard hillside with views of the nearby nature preserve. Sit and enjoy coffee or an evening beverage at the small metal table with 2 chairs.

2nd floor Lion King Themed bedroom Includes: 2 twin memory foam mattresses, wall mounted 24” Smart TV, one drawer night-stand with table light and each bed has a mounted book light with USB port for charging your phone or other devices, Lion King toddler toy table with two chairs and small toys, remote controlled ceiling fan with light, four drawer dresser inside the closet, closet has plenty of luggage storage along with hangers and an upper shelf for placing clothing or luggage, and it also holds a pack and play with waterproof cover and sheet. 2nd floor Mickey/Minnie/Pluto Themed Bedroom Includes: 2 metal bunk beds (4 twin memory foam mattresses) caged remote control fan and light, 6 drawer dresser, 24” Smart TV, each bed has a mounted book light with USB port for charging your phone or other devices, closet has coat hangers and shelf for clothing.2nd floor guest bathroom is Harry Potter Themed and Includes: shower/tub combo and accommodates both guest bedrooms upstairs with plenty of towels. Conair salon style hair dryer in this bathroom.2nd floor Master Suite Includes king size memory foam mattress, 2 nightstands with drawer, 6 drawer dresser, 39” Smart TV, large closet for suitcase storage and upper shelf for clothing, and remote control ceiling fan with light. En-suite bathroom includes large soaking tub with shower combo and plenty of towels. Balcony directly off the master suite includes 2 chairs, a small table with views of the lush green hillside back yard and tree-lined nature preserve.

Emerald Island Resort amenities: Prestigious resort entrance with fountains, lush landscaping and dramatic archway into the complex Stunning tree-lined drive with well-appointed lakes and fountains. Secure guard gate with 24 hour security. Secluded and secure walking paths, sidewalks, and trails around the entire community.

Convenient location just off HWY 192 (main tourist area). Near Disney and most major theme parks, Margaritaville Resort, Promenade Sunset Walk Shopping Complex, and Islands H20 Water Park. Walmart, CVS, Publix Supermarket, and many casual sit-down and fast food restaurants located within a 5-10 minute drive from the townhome. Orlando International Airport is located 30 minutes from the resort. Shipt, Instacart, and DoorDash all deliver to the home as well. Clubhouse entrance near the front gate with free parking includes: Fully staffed Guest Services Desk (general resort questions and to buy theme park tickets, rent sports equipment) Gym, sauna, and clubroom featuring table and chairs along with a business center with computer and printer, Playground for the kids, heated pool and outdoor spa (no lifeguard on duty). Pool area provides a wonderful view of a nearby lake and surrounding woods, pool deck includes many lounge chairs and seating areas. Staffed Tiki Bar provides food and drinks. Bicycle rental, sand volleyball court, basketball, pickle-ball and tennis court available (see Guest Services Desk attendant to rent and inquire about equipment) 11-acre Nature Trail directly behind the townhome and located within the gated community grounds. Escape the hustle and bustle and experience solitude and tranquility just a few steps away from your door. The resort does allow Uber, Lyft, and other ride-sharing companies to pick up here at the resort. Save time and money by leaving your car here.

Please note that the resort charge $20 per access gate card, non-refundable. Each vehicle staying on property will require its own access card. Guests will be able to pre-pay for their access cards ahead of their visit, with the cards being ready and waiting for them upon their arrival at the Gatehouse. While guests can make the payment at the Gatehouse or Clubhouse, we encourage you to make this information known prior to your arrival, as payment is required before a vehicle will be allowed on the property. A maximum of six (6) vehicles are allowed per property.
