This home provides a HUGE space and is equally stunning both inside and out. This gorgeous home has everything you’re looking for! The 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, large kitchen and fabulous living room all contain high-end finishes and sumptuous furniture. Tons of space, a touch of luxury, all the essential amenities, and an amazing backyard with pool and grill ready for a nice family time! We're looking forward to host you!

The Neighborhood:
Your home away from home is located in one of the most diverse cities in the U.S., Grand Prairie, Texas. You’ll be conveniently located just 17 miles from DFW Airport, 18 miles to downtown Dallas, and 9 miles from the AT&T Stadium.

In addition to the many amazing attractions offered in the nearby major cities, Grand Prairie has plenty to see and do itself. You’ll be close to nature with lots of parks and lakes nearby. Lynn Creek Park features boat ramps, picnic areas, beach areas, volleyball courts just a 1.5 mile drive! For some great family fun, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is located 4.5 miles away. Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, 11 miles away in neighboring Grand Prairie. You can also pay a visit to the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 11 miles away. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days!

We are a cozy home in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood in the suburbs of Grand Prairie. Our home is close to many shopping centers and restaurants!! Just 1.5 miles away from the house you will be able to find a shopping center with several dining places for you and your family to enjoy!!!

- PET-FRIENDLY STAY -

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. - Pet fee USD 120 per pet per stay -

- COVID-19 SANITIZATION -

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.

- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS -

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.

- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7 OR MORE GUESTS -

Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. With each additional guest, a USD 39/night fee will be applied.

- CLOSED BEDROOM -

The fifth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 8 or more guests and the sixth bedroom for groups of 10 or more guests.

- ENTERTAINMENT -

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon & YouTube.

- POOL -
The maintenance of the pool is scheduled twice a week. The pool will enter by the backyard door.
The usage of the pool is under the rental's own risk and responsibility.

- The lands keeper will go once a week -

- Security cameras -
For safety purposes we have 2 cameras installed in the front door facing the front yard and In front of the garage facing the cars, this will be recording 24/7 for security purposes not inside the house to keep your privacy.

- Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit and it will be no refundable.

- This home has a garden/pool area. You may see wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. (IE: Spider, lady bug, ants or even a bee). None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them we work very hard to keep the house clean and we have monthly pest/bug control -
