This lovely house in East Downtown will be perfect for you group, 10min driving to Downtown and 10milles to the WTC. The pool, hot tub and outside area is lovely, with the bbq grill and outside dining table, you will be having a relaxing time it doesn´t matter if its winter or summer. If you want to have a good time with your group you can enjoy the game room with pool table, ping-pong table hockey table poker table or if you want something relax the Cinema room with sound system is your place!

Close to the most epic locations like museums, amusement parks and the ATT stadium.

This place can sleep up to 16 people confortably, we have easy self check in and you can reach us anytie if needed.

The Space:
Upon arrival, you'll immediately feel at ease at this extraordinary home featuring, the garage was converted to movie and game room with pool table. With a backyard pool (not heated at the moment), a nice jacuzzi near to the sauna and an abundance of space, the backyard will quickly become your favorite spot to spend downtime.

You'll have a hard time leaving this wonderful comfortable spacious home, which is ideal for a large family and group who is looking to experience the best of the Lone Star State!

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.

- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7 OR MORE GUESTS -

Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. With each additional guest, a USD 39/night fee will be applied.

- CLOSED BEDROOM -
The fifth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 12 or more guests only

- ENTERTAINMENT -

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube along with cable TV. Login info will be provided upon request.

Pool maintenance is scheduled twice a week, pool will enter using backyard door.
The usage of the pool is under the renter's own risk and responsibility.

- Security cameras -
For safety purposes we have 2 cameras installed in the front door facing the front yard and In front of the garage facing the cars, this will be recording 24/7 for security purposes not inside the house to keep your privacy.

- Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit and it will be no refundable.
- The garage is remodeled as a Game room.

- The A/C unit in the game room is temporarily out of service -
