The Space:
Welcome to your home away from home! Feel free to park in the covered garage as you pull up to this picturesque home with the charismatic brick exterior. We’ve made every effort to ensure you’ll feel right at home as soon as you walk in. While the home is modern and beautifully remodeled, it contains architectural features and finishes that add tons of warmth and a hint of charm. The main level is open concept and has great flow from room to room, making it feel airy and bright. There is beautiful, neutral flooring and paint throughout the entire home, along with designer lighting, high-end furniture, and lavish finishes.

The comfortable living room is equipped with a huge smart TV and fireplace making it a great spot to take a load off after a busy day of fun-filled activities. Gather everyone together to make plans for your trip, play games, watch a movie, and create amazing memories! You’ll find the beautiful kitchen is set back from the living room but still open enough that you won’t miss anything happening in there while you’re busy cooking up a delicious meal. Speaking of cooking, you’ll find everything you need in this fully-equipped kitchen and a great view into the beautiful backyard. Enjoy your meals in the cozy breakfast nook attached to the kitchen. You’ll also find a formal dining area and a spacious powder room on the main floor.

Next, let's head up the lovely bright and open stairway to the second floor. Here you’ll find additional 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a bonus game room with foosbal table and a classic video game!, giving your group plenty of room to spread out. You’ll find yourself waking up refreshed after a great night’s sleep snuggled up in our comfortable bedding. The fully upgraded master bath has a relaxing rain shower, free-standing soaker tub, and double vanity. Beautifully finished with gorgeous wall tiling and features, you’ll have a truly spa-like experience. The second bathroom also has a double vanity and is unique but still equally beautiful.

The stunning backyard is fully turfed and fenced in and will make you feel like you’ve entered your own private oasis. The beautiful covered patio has a ceiling fan and outdoor heater. You’ll love spending time back here enjoying the weather and having your own little gathering under the charming fairy lights strung up across the yard.

in terms of sleeping arrangement: The master bedroom has a lavish king bed. The second and third bedroom offers the same with queen beds. The fourth and fifth bedroom has 2 bunk beds and an option for a pullout single bed to allow all kinds of groups or kids/adults. *Please note that the fifth bedroom will be opened only for groups of 12+ guests)

You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/ dryer, baby crib and highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all!

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

- PET-FRIENDLY STAY -

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. - Pet fee USD 120 per pet per stay -

- COVID-19 SANITIZATION -

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.

- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS -

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.

- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7 OR MORE GUESTS -

Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. With each additional guest, a USD 39 /night fee will be applied.

- CLOSED BEDROOM -

The fourth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 8 or more guests and the fifth bedroom over 10 or more guests.

- ENTERTAINMENT -

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube along with cable TV. Login info will be provided upon request.

- SMOKING -
No smoking inside the property
- USD 750 fine for violation -

- Security cameras -
For safety purposes we have 2 cameras installed in the front door facing the front yard and In front of the garage facing the cars, this will be recording 24/7 for security purposes not inside the house to keep your privacy.

- DishWasher out of Service -

- Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit and it will be no refundable. -

- This home has a garden area. You may see wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. (IE: Spider, ladybug, ants, or even a bee). None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them we work very hard to keep the house clean and we have monthly pest/bug control. -
