Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to The Heights! A vibrant neighborhood where restaurants, cafes, and bars are just a quick walk or bike ride away. This well-equipped vacation rental has everything you’re looking for - whether you want just a quick weekend away or are in need of a longer stay. The private backyard has a tranquil pool surrounded by lush landscaping, lounge chairs for relaxing, and an outdoor dining area with charcoal grill.

The Space:
The home has 6 bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable beds , private balconies, and en suite bathrooms stocked with all your toiletry needs. After a long day, take a soak in the jacuzzi tub located in the primary retreat.

This beautiful house can host up to 16 Guests spending the night
3.5 Bathrooms ( 1 in the 1st floor, .5 in the 2nd, and 2 in the 3rd)

Guest Access:
Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. Getting Around:
We are a cozy townhouse in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood, located approximately 20 miles from either Bush Intercontinental (IAH) or Houston Hobby (HOU) airports.Our home is close to many shopping centers and restaurants!! You will be able to do your grocery shopping at our local H-E-E just 1 mile away!

- PET-FRIENDLY STAY -

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. - Pet fee $120 USD per pet per stay -

- COVID-19 SANITIZATION -

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.

- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS -

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.

- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7 OR MORE GUESTS -

Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. With each additional guest, a $39/night fee will be applied.

- ENTERTAINMENT -

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube along with cable TV. Login info will be provided upon request.

Also we have Game Room, Popcorn Machine and Cinema Room.

- SMOKING -
No smoking inside the property
- $750 fine for violation -

- SECURITY CAMERAS -
For safety purposes we have 2 cameras installed in the front door facing the front yard and In front of the garage facing the cars, this will be recording 24/7 for security purposes not inside the house to keep your privacy.

- POOL -
Pool maintenance is scheduled twice a week, pool will enter using backyard door.
- POOL IS NOT HEATED -
The usage of the pool is under the renter's own risk and responsibility.
(POOL TOWELS NOT PROVIDED)

-The lands keeper will go once a week.-
- Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit and it will be no refundable.-

- Please note - our fireplace in the master bedroom is not active at the moment. Please refrain from any use of it.

- Our storage is in the backyard of the house, we might need to go there once every other day but we will let you know beforehand. -

- This home has a garden/pool area. You may see wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. (IE: Spider, ladybug, ants, or even a bee). None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them we work very hard to keep the house clean and we have monthly pest/bug control. -
