When not exploring the area, enjoy lounging in the hot tub under the Redwoods or relaxing in the yard and deck areas. Enjoy the board games with the family around the large dining table with a wall of windows facing the forest! Only an 8 minute drive into downtown Guerneville with Great shops, wonderful restaurants, clever Art Galleries and Fun bars!"

- Dining Area - Adjacent to Kitchen. Beautiful, large wood table for enjoying great meals and game nights! A wall of windows look out to the Redwood forest! Sliding doors take you to upper deck w/Gas BBQ and outdoor seating.

- Bedroom 1 - Very Spacious with a comfortable Queen bed
- Bedroom 2 - Open and airy with a comfortable Queen bed
- Bonus Space - Furnished as a home office with a desk and couch that turns into a twin sofa bed.
- Full Bathroom with dual vanity and shower/tub combination - beautiful stained glass window!

LOWER LEVEL
- Bonus Space - Large open downstairs space with Queen bed & Twin daybed with trundle.
- Sleeping space opens to a tiled bath area - Dual vanities, and jetted soaking tub. Full bathroom with shower enclosure off of this area.

THINGS TO KNOW:
- Fireplace in living room uses Dura-Flame Logs ONLY for ambiance/No Wood burning! Forced heat in house.
- The Wood Burning Stove in Kitchen/Dining area is NOT for renter use.
- Please note the main road (River Road) can be heard from outside of the home. Please take this into consideration if you are sensitive to
some traffic noise.
- Parking Notes: 3 Cars Max - Garage Parking for up to 2 vehicles. One additional vehicle may be parked in the carport area. Electric vehicle charger available for guests' use.
- NO Smoking of any substance in the home
- NO Pets
- No Parties/No Large gatherings
