The unit also comes with a 55" Smart TV and high-speed internet access. Byward Market is a quick 15 min drive away!

This lovely condo unit is situated in the heart of Lower Town, a charming and historic neighborhood located just east of Downtown Ottawa. Located within walking distance of some of Ottawa's top attractions, including the National Gallery of Canada and Parliament Hill, this condo unit is the perfect home base for exploring the city's rich cultural heritage and vibrant downtown scene.

Lowertown is a hub for artists and start-ups, with 19th-century buildings on Dalhousie Street reborn as craft coffee roasters and brewpubs. The Royal Canadian Mint displays a million-dollar coin while the National Gallery of Canada shows international and Canadian art, with sweeping city views from its stylish cafeteria. Lower Town also includes the commercial Byward Market area in the southwestern part. The vibrant streets near the ByWard Market area have quirky clothes shops and hip music venues.

Getting Around:
Lower Town offers a vast array of methods of getting around the city. Along with numerous bike paths and walkways, there are many OC Transpo bus routes that service residential areas: 1, 5, 7, and 9. In addition, access to many more bus routes are available at the Rideau Street transit station, a close walk away. all these routes take you to key points within Ottawa and service the many transfer hubs, enabling access to other routes. The Ottawa International Airport can be reached in approximately 25 minutes via car, or 40 minutes via bus.

Our team is working diligently to address the issue and ensure that the fireplace will be back in working order as soon as possible, providing our guests with a warm and cozy ambiance during their stay.

Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.

2. There is limited on-site parking available behind the building in the back lot for $20/day. Booking in advance is recommended. Please inquire with us for further details.

3. Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $49/animal.

4. Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional Covid-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.

5. Please note that there are security cameras monitoring the parking lot and building exterior for the safety and security of the building.
