There are separate and private units in the building. Each of these newly-renovated 1 Bedroom apartments are a quick walk to all of Ottawa's best restaurants, shops, and entertainment! Downtown Ottawa is the central area of the city, also best known as Centretown - bordered by the Ottawa River to the north, the Rideau Canal to the east, Gloucester Street to the south and Bronson Avenue to the west.

The Space:
Nestled in Chinatown, just a few blocks from Little Italy, this apartment offer convenient access to Ottawa's finest restaurants, coffee shops, museums, art galleries, and major downtown attractions. This is the perfect spot for foodies, since you'll be nearby some of Ottawa's best restaurants! Fancy some classic Chinese cuisine? Swing by the Yangtze Dining Lounge. Or for a bit of extra flair, check out the lively Shanghai Restaurant – been around since '71 – serving up Asian delights alongside drag queen karaoke on Saturday nights. Cap off your night with cocktails and live performances at a chill spot like The Art House Café.

This pet-friendly unit has a separate bedroom with a Queen sized bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. It can accommodate up to 3 guests at a time. You'll love the kitchenette, with its mini-fridge and microwave oven, as well as small appliances including a coffee maker and toaster. The living room has a 55" smart TV with Netflix for your entertainment, and the suite is wired with a high speed internet connection.

Nestled just steps away from the trendy Little Italy district, these apartments offer convenient access to Ottawa's finest restaurants, coffee shops, museums, art galleries, and major downtown attractions, making it an ideal place for travelers looking for excitement and adventure.

Getting Around:
The apartment is a 7-minute walk to Lebreton Station, a major public transit stop. It is across the street from the soon-to-be-launched light rail transit system (Pimisi station on Confederation Line). Downtown Ottawa is a short distance away, approximately an 18-minute walk!

• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.

1. The photos of the unit are representative as I make minor updates to the furniture and decor from time to time. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

2. We offer parking for $15/day, available in the back parking lot. Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass.

3. Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $49/animal.

4. We're happy to deliver:
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

5. Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional Covid-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.
