This 1 bedroom, pet-friendly, apartment is freshly renovated, with new furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, and an upgraded bathroom. It comes with a Queen sized bed, as well as a Queen sized pull out living room sofa bed, and can host up to 2 people at a time. High speed internet service is included, and there is parking available.

The Space:
This building is situated on the border between the LeBreton Flats neighbourhood, and the vibrant and dynamic neighbourhood of CentreTown West (which encompasses Chinatown and Little Italy). With easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, you'll have everything you need right at your doorstep.

This newly renovated apartment suite features one guest bedroom with a Queen sized bed. There is also a Queen sized fold out sofa bed in the living room, so the apartment can host up to 2 guests at a time.

You'll love the fully equipped kitchen with its full sized fridge/freezer combo, dishwasher, oven, stove top and microwave. It's been freshly painted and has lovely hardwood floors. There is a dining table with space for 2, which can also double as a designated work station.

The living room sofa has a wall mounted 55" smart TV with Netflix and is equipped with high speed internet access. The whole apartment is air conditioned, there is in suite laundry machines for your use, and it's a pet-friendly space.

This suite also features a private furnished rooftop terrace so you can kick back and take it the views of the neighbourhood. Enjoy the convenience of being located in the heart of the city with easy access to all the attractions.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the border between the LeBreton Flats neighbourhood and CentreTown West (which encompasses Chinatown and Little Italy).

Le Breton Flats:
Le Breton Flats is an area beside the Ottawa River, known for its sprawling green spaces and for being home to the glass-roofed Canadian War Museum. The annual BluesFest in July, and other music and food festivals, are held in LeBreton Flats Park close by. As well, LeBreton is also connected to the main system of bike pathways which run through the city-- with the Ottawa River as its northern border, you can enjoy biking, walking and skating along the waterfront. With its emphasis on “green living”, LeBreton Flats is pedestrian and bicycle-friendly; 40% of the community is set aside for parks, courtyards, walkways and open space. LeBreton Flats is located within walking distance of downtown, but is far enough removed from downtown that the hustle and bustle of the main roads have not spilled over into the community. The Flats are also located right alongside the Transitway, with the LeBreton Station stop just minutes from Booth Street. Booth Street is the main commercial venue with shops, restaurants and services.

CentreTown West - Chinatown & Little Italy:
CentreTown West encompasses Chinatown and Little Italy, offering an unbeatable location with easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, you'll have everything you need right at your doorstep. Once you step past the Gateway over on Somerset Street, get ready for a whole different vibe. If you're itching for some sushi, pho, ramen, or dim sum, you're in luck, loads of Asian restaurants around here got you covered. The Chinatown Ottawa Night Market is a yearly three-day event that features a lot of different shops that sell different trinkets and souvenirs. It also features performances such as the lion and dragon dance, martial arts, and more!

Just west of Chinatown, Ottawa’s Little Italy offers more than just your favourite pasta or gelato – it’s a multi-ethnic neighbourhood centred around Preston Street. Take an easy stroll along Preston Street – known to locals as Corso Italia – there’s murals on the underpass walls and quirky sculptures along the sidewalks, all representing aspects of the neighbourhood’s history and residents. Many of the recreational activities in Little Italy are centered around the Italian culture. There are many bars and restaurants scattered throughout the community that serve up delicious Italian cuisine. The community has several parks that have sports fields, an outdoor rink, a baseball diamond, a splash pad, and a pool. Dow's Lake touches the southern border of the community and has paddle boating and canoeing available to residents and there are biking and walking paths that wind around the lake and continue into the city.

1.The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighbourhood and work may occur during the day.

2. The photos of the unit are representative as I make minor updates to the furniture and decor from time to time. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

3. We offer parking for $15/day at 725 Somerset (off-site parking lot). Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass.

4. Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $49/animal.

5. Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional Covid-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.
