The Space:
This pet-friendly, 3-bedroom apartment can sleep up to 6 guests at a time, as it has three separate bedrooms (one King, and two Queen bedrooms), and also a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Cozy up around the living room's smart TV and catch up on your favourite shows. We offer complimentary high speed wifi so you can stay connected during your visit. The spacious kitchen has loads of cupboards and plenty of countertop space for prepping meals, and there's a dining table for you to enjoy them at.

The area is located on the west of the Rideau Canal and on the east of the Rideau River. Sandy hill is situated within walking distance of the ByWard Market, so shares many services and shops of the market, including grocery stores and the transitway.

• Limited parking is available on-site at the back of the building, availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis at $20/night. Please inquire for details. Please note the laneway to the back lot has limited space and cannot accommodate large vehicles or trucks.

Sandy Hill (known in French as Côte-de-Sable) is a bilingual, historical neighbourhood located just east of downtown Ottawa. The area is located on the west of the Rideau Canal and on the east of the Rideau River.

The leafy district of Sandy Hill has a happening bar scene around the University of Ottawa, with hip brewpubs and live rock music. Bookshops, vintage clothes stores and coffee roasters add to the trendy vibe. Laurier House is a Victorian mansion museum and former home of two Canadian prime ministers, with live theatre events and afternoon tea. Summer Shakespeare plays are staged in Strathcona Park.

Sandy hill is situated within walking distance of the ByWard Market, so shares many services and shops of the market, including grocery stores and the transitway. Located close to downtown, Sandy Hill has excellent public transportation, a large shopping complex, and many schools to serve its families. A number of historic churches are located in the district including All Saints Anglican, St. Alban’s Anglican, St. Clement Catholic, St. Paul’s Eastern United and St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.

- Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $49/animal.

- Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.
