The first floor has the original terra cotta tiles. Continue up the circular stairs to the middle level, to the main bedroom - the built-in Fullsized/Double Murphy Bed is the perfect space-saver. Pull down the Murphy bed to discover beautiful exposed brick. There is a full bath, with a tile floor, and renovated shower with a glass door and riverstone floor. The third level features original hardwood flooring, exposed beams, a sloped ceiling, and ample built-in shelving. Here you will also find a fullsized/Double daybed where you can lounge by day and watch your favorite shows on the 50" Smart TV or snooze during the evening hours.


The Basement is the home to the full-sized washer and dryer.
