Three-storey villa for 12 people with your private pool, jacuzzi, golf cart and chef, butler and maid service! The interior design is very modern with great furniture, high ceilings, light colors and a lots of great design features and no clutter.

This is a great place to enjoy a Caribbean vacation with sun, beach and golf!


This villa is located at the exclusive Casa de Campo Resort with easy access to all of Casa de Campo’s amenities, including Minitas Beach, the resort hotel, the shops and restaurants of the marina, golf courses, tennis courts and the beautifully-styled village of Altos de Chavon. Casa de Campo Resort is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security.

Casa de Campo has its very own airport, located just five minutes from the resort. Punta Cana Airport is located approx. 45-minutes’ drive from the resort and Santo Domingo Airport is about 1 hour away.

When you stay at the villa, you’ll have a golf touring cart included in the villa rental, which you can use for easy and convenient transportation inside Casa de Campo Resort, e.g. to go to the beach, marina, golf courses, etc.

-THE SPACE-

This property is an impressive 12.000 sq. ft., 6-bedroom villa, built-in 3 levels and with an enormous backyard and lawn area that is surrounded by lush, tropical palm trees and plants. There is enough space in case you are hosting a private event, e.g. destination wedding, a corporate event, etc.

The terrace overlooks the enclosed and super private garden, which has an enormous lawn. The villa also has a basketball hoop for a quick game (just bring your own toys/balls).

The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are the two main features of the villa. The swimming pool has a wading area. There is also an outdoor dining table and sofa sitting area. Let your butler serve your favourite tropical cocktails all day long as you enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

The interior design is very modern with clean lines, great furniture, high ceilings, light colours, lots of great design features and no clutter. This is definitely a place that will make you feel welcome and relaxed.

-MAIN LEVEL-

The villa has 5 bedrooms located on the main level - right when you come into the villa.

The master bedroom is a large suite with a king bed, air-condition, ceiling fan, access to a small terrace, TV, closet, sitting area, ensuite bathroom with shower and also a private, outdoor Jacuzzi.

The other 4 bedrooms each have 2 queen beds, air-condition, high vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan, access to a small terrace, TV, closet, sitting area, ensuite bathroom with shower.

A comfortable TV room is also located on the main level and is a great place to relax and throw your feet up on the sofa chaise lounge and watch TV.

-DOWNSTAIRS-

The downstairs floor is where you will find the open kitchen and dining area. This is truly the heart of the villa where you can entertain with your friends, enjoy delicious meals, fine wine, and good conversations.

Watch your personal chef create the most mouth-watering meals in the open kitchen as you enjoy a glass of wine, sitting by the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to cook delicious meals during your vacation - and your villa rental includes a personal chef who will prepare all of your meals at the villa (food and beverages are not included).

The formal indoor dining table seats 14 people comfortably. This space is air-conditioned and has high vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans – or you can slide open the big windows and let the airflow in.

Step directly out onto the covered terrace by the swimming pool which has an outdoor dining table. Ceiling fans keep the air moving so that you will always feel comfortable in this outdoor space.

The formal living room is located on the downstairs floor of the villa. This is a beautiful space with several comfortable sitting areas with sofas and chairs. The living room is air-conditioned and has high vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans. You can slide open the big windows and step right out onto the terrace where you have another sofa sitting area with ceiling fans.

-LOWER LEVEL-

The 6th bedroom is located on the 2nd lower ground floor and offers complete privacy in its own, comfortable surroundings. This bedroom has 2 queen beds, air-condition, ceiling fan, TV, closet and dresser, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

-AMENITIES-

When you stay at the villa, you can enjoy the following amenities:

-VILLA STAFF-

When you stay at the villa, you’ll have a personal chef, a butler, and a maid included. Your personal chef will prepare your meals to be enjoyed at the villa (food & beverages are not included). The butler will assist the staff and you around the villa, serve drinks & food, etc. The maid will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens.

You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish and will be on property to greet you when you arrive at the villa and available throughout your stay.


-PRE-ARRIVAL CONCIERGE SERVICES-

Once you book the Villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:

• Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
• Rental cars and other transportation
• Spa treatments or in-villa massages
• Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation
• Excursions
• Grocery shopping (cost price of groceries + 15% service charge)
• All-inclusive meal plan for food & beverages consumed in the villa
• House bar (cost price of bottles + 15% service charge)

-CASA DE CAMPO RESORT FEE-

The villa rental does not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort fee, which must be paid on arrival at the resort:

- Adults over 12 years old: US$ 25 per person per night
- Kids from 4-12 years old: US$ 12 per person per night
- Kids under 4 years old: FREE

The Resort Fee gives you access to the facilities and amenities of Casa de Campo Resort, including 3 Pete Dye golf courses*, fitness center, tennis courts, restaurants & bars ($), use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool by the main hotel area & Minitas Beach, Altos de Chavon ($) and more. Food & beverages must be paid directly to the bar/restaurant and is never included in your villa rental ($). All sports activities and facilities have an additional fee and facilities may be closed on certain days for private events, maintenance, etc. ($) *Guests do not have access to La Romana Country Club (private, members-only golf course).

-GETTING AROUND-

When you stay at the villa, you'll have a golf touring cart included which you can use to get around inside Casa de Campo Resort. Should you feel the need to rent a car, please know that it is perfectly safe to drive around town on your own.
