Custom bathroom and more! When you are ready to put your toes in the sand, head to this comfortable condo located in the Maravilla on Galveston Island. Relax on the sectional sofa which can be converted to 2 twin sleepers for additional guests. The living room also has a wall-mounted tv for your enjoyment on your days in. This fully-equipped kitchen is ready to go with everything you need to cook any meal and has full-size stainless appliances and granite countertops. The bedroom boasts a queen size comfortable bed and there are also bunks in the hallway for kids or adults to enjoy.

The Maravilla has 3 pools, a hot tub, lush landscaping, a volleyball area, & a fitness center with a view. This condo is ideal for honeymooners, a small family or a couple's retreat. Free WiFi and Direct TV so you can stay as connected as you want. Whether a quick weekend get away or a Snow Bird winter escape, Happiness By The Beach is definitely the place to be!

Although we love guests of all ages, you MUST be at least 25 years old to rent Happiness By The Beach . A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be accessible only through the rear doors located off the first floor of the atrium at the back of Building “A”. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

All fees and services are subject to 15% tax. Community laundry located on site. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.
