DFW FLIP FLOPS: was renovated & decorated to feel like a “Cozy Beach Cabin.” You will feel the beach vibe inside. 100% completely gutted. Brand new AC/Heat unit. Only brand new was brought in, right down to kitchen ware.



BALCONY OCEAN VIEW: Beach toy box: inside 3 boogie boards, lots of kid beach toys, 2 waist life belts, 3 large Back Packs to carry beach toys. 2 umbrellas, 6 chairs 2 tables, wall hooks & color solar lights, 2 fans and 2 electrical plugs.



BEACH CART: use for grocery shopping, unloading your vehicle, beach use and great for the pool.



DRIVE ON THE BEACH and PARK: Go right from the Victorian, 5 minutes south. Easy beaching 😊You'll see many Beach Entrance Signs to choose from.



DINING TABLE: 4 leather roller chairs by the glass doors, fabulous ocean view, enjoy favorite drinks soaking up the OCEAN VIEW 😊 Rain or Shine.



LEATHER FURNITURE: easy to wipe for your comfort and great for kids. Couch, 2 recliners, 4 table chairs & vanity chair. Also 4 needed DRESSERS for your unpacking!



KITCHEN: Full size Frig/freezer. Stove 4 elements with oven. Microwave. Granite counters. Loaded with all your cooking/eating needs. Also, a variety of fun cocktail glasses.



QUEEN BEDROOM: Queen memory foam bed, 2 dressers, vanity with leather chair, ceiling fan, 2 small fans on dressers, clothes hooks, Smart TV, USB ports on touch lamps, shoe rack, iron & board & blow dryer.

LINEN SERVICE: 100% cotton towels, sheets, bath mat, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, dish cloth and dish soap are all included.

WALKING DISANCE FROM DFW FLIP FLOPS: Walmart, Sonic, Nail Salon, Pit Stop BBQ, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, Papa John Pizza and more. Also, you'll find go-carts, miniature golf, fishing and dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages, and our local movie theater.

Victorian Check In: Please go to front office before going to your unit. There is a $35 resort fee for up to 14 days and will increase to $70 for 15-30 days; that includes a parking pass, amenity bands, entry codes to property gates and pools. The office is open from 7am to 11pm and will not accept cash. Please be sure your car is registered with The Victorian as they reserve the right to tow any unregistered vehicles.

GALVESTON: Visit galveston.com or 601 Tremont St. Galveston For Tourist attractions. Many different things to do and see an amazing and fun community, there truly is something for everyone of all ages.

Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn and Galveston Navy Ship Museum. In town, enjoy one of many, many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around.

If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Post Office where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream!

The Grand Historic 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, for live theatre.

And, we love our festivals and special events here in Galveston! Mardi Gras, Lone Star Biker Rally, Dickens on the Strand.

Numerous Triathlons, marathons and walk-a-thons are popular events throughout the year. Bird watching, kayaking, and fishing of all kinds round out the many outdoor activities enjoyed by both locals and visitors alike.

All fees and services are subject to 15% state tax. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.
