Optional BBQ Grill
Three burners Grill is $85/week (tax included) and $15 for each additional day.
Four burners Grill is $105/week (tax included) and $15 for each additional day.

- Early check-in/late check-out (depends on availability) is $45/hr

Note: A starter of complimentary toilet rolls, paper towel, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided for your initial convenience, as well as selection of current brochures and a welcome letter. Renters are then responsible for purchasing all further supplies required for the duration of their stay.

Please note that a $75 administration fee will be applied if you cancel the reservation.

INCLUSIVE RESORT AMENITIES
The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked.
Guests will need to bring a copy of the receipt and a valid ID to the clubhouse in order to pick up the access card.
-1 to 12 guests is $35
-13+ guests is $45

Included with your stay is full use of the year-round, first-class resort amenities at 'THE CLUB' giving you a luxury vacation experience of a lifetime (Regarding resort amenities, please note that our organization cannot assume responsibility for their availability. Any closures or maintenance issues fall under the purview of the resort's management).
