Fun Times Casa – 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Condo, Dog Friendly, Amazing Views from the Accessible Balcony overlooking the Heated Pool and the Gulf of Mexico.

This condo has been updated and is an ideal vacation rental to enjoy a beach getaway. Gaze out from your own private patio that overlooks the heated pool and enjoy the majestic view of the Gulf of Mexico. You will enjoy the flood of natural light and coastal breeze to the living areas as you relax and watch the sun rise.
Originally a resort property, Maravilla Condominiums is an awesome complex that includes 3 pools, hot-tub, work out facility, volleyball, charcoal grills, picnic tables, beach shower and so much more. Parking is convenient to any of the property's three elevators. Fun Times Casa is on the second floor in close proximity to Elevator 3 near the back of the complex. Luggage carts and shopping carts are located at each elevator and available for guest use.The facility is pet friendly and includes a Pet Wash Station to rinse off your pets and a Dog Park where you can leave your dog(s) off leash. Whether you plan to venture out and explore town or stay close to home and relax by the pool, the condo has everything you need to have a comfortable visit.
The kitchen and living area are open – perfect for socializing, The kitchen packs a punch with all the appliances you need to cook for your family including a microwave, dishwasher and plenty of cooking accessories. It also includes a blender, toaster and wine glasses to add to your bag of culinary tricks. The living area features a flat screen TV that is cable and Roku ready.
The bedroom offers the comfort of a King bed with its own flat screen TV which is also cable/Roku enabled. The hallway alcove has a set of twin bunks and there is also a Sleeper queen size sofa if needed. The condo has its own washer/dryer as well as an ironing board if required.
You will find yourself close to many of the attractions Galveston Island offers. One can shop at the Historic Strand District in Downtown, visit one of the many museums, Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Moody Gardens. A huge variety of restaurants and coffee shops are found along the wharf at Harborside within walking distance to many pubs, restaurants and ice cream shops on the Strand. Of course, the kids will want to visit Pleasure Pier and don't forget to ride the Duck and the Ferry. With year-round warmth, loads of sunshine, and all that Galveston offers, book your stay in this charming condo today! You and your family will enjoy making memories long after the tides roll in.

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

Although we love guests of all ages, you MUST be at least 25 years old to rent Fun Times Casa. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.
Home is pet friendly for up to 2 pets with approval, contact our office for more information. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50.00 non-refundable fee for the second pet. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and signature on a pet addendum. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.
