For added convenience, the home is equipped with a starter pack of toiletry essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, hand/face soap, body lotion, and makeup wipes, as well as a starter pack of home essentials such as dish soap, a dish sponge, dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets, and cleaning wipes.

PLEASE NOTE: This property is registered as a vacation rental with the City of Sarasota with a Registration Number of VR22-00100. Due to City of Sarasota vacation rental code, this property must be rented once during a seven (7) day period and have a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th.
