This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is conveniently located just a 2 minute walk from Siesta Key Beach, allowing you to easily enjoy the sun, sand, and surf just moments away.

Seaside Cottage offers a coastal feel that instantly puts you in the vacation mindset. The light and airy interior, adorned with tasteful decor and beach-inspired accents, creates a welcoming atmosphere that invites you to unwind and embrace the laid-back vibe of Siesta Key. From the moment you enter, you'll feel the stresses of everyday life melt away, replaced by a sense of tranquility and rejuvenation.

As you enter the cottage, you'll find all the comforts and conveniences of home. The well-equipped kitchen features both a regular and Keurig coffee maker, a dishwasher, and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. A washer and dryer are also provided, allowing you to pack light and easily take care of any laundry needs during your stay.

Seaside Cottage provides ample space for relaxation and rest for up to 11 guests. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and privacy, allowing you to recharge and unwind after a day of beachside adventures.

Three of the bedrooms feature plush king beds, offering a serene and luxurious retreat for a restful night's sleep. The fourth bedroom offers a full trundle bed, which includes a twin pullout, providing versatile sleeping arrangements for your convenience. This room is perfect for accommodating children or additional guests. For further flexibility, Seaside Cottage also offers a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Linens are provided for all beds and the sleeper sofa, ensuring a cozy and peaceful night's sleep for everyone.

A starter pack of toiletry essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, hand/face soap, body lotion, and makeup wipes, is included for your convenience. You'll also find a starter pack of home essentials such as dish soap, dish sponge, dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets, and cleaning wipes.

As you step outside, you will be greeted by the sparkling private heated pool, plush loungers, and outdoor dining area. The pool area provides the perfect oasis for those looking to unwind in a more serene setting. Additionally, the dining space and gas grill offer the ideal setting to host a delicious BBQ under the open air and warm island breeze.

After our six hour in-depth cleaning of your home, we complete a 35 point property inspection to ensure that you feel tremendously safe and happy with this amazing home. This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!
